Information we process

The free preview processes the public wallet address you submit and basic technical request data needed to operate and secure the service. Paid orders are processed by Stripe, which collects payment and contact information under its own privacy terms.

Purpose and retention

Submitted public addresses are used to provide the requested snapshot or paid report. We do not request private keys or seed phrases. Report working files and correspondence may be retained for up to 90 days for delivery, quality control, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then deleted unless a longer period is required.

Providers and contact

We use infrastructure, blockchain explorer, payment, and email providers to operate the service. Public blockchain data is inherently public and may persist independently of ChainDossier. For access or deletion requests, contact alexashing1@gmail.com.
