Service

ChainDossier provides research and analysis of public blockchain and open-source information. Standard delivery is targeted within 24 hours after a complete paid order; complex, unavailable, or unsupported data may require a revised scope or refund.

Customer responsibilities

You may submit only public wallet addresses for a lawful, proportionate review purpose. Never submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, confidential personal data, or information you are not permitted to share.

No certification or professional advice

Reports may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by public-data quality and third-party labels. ChainDossier does not identify beneficial ownership, certify funds as clean, guarantee safety, or provide legal, regulatory, tax, AML, sanctions, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions and any professional review required.

Refunds and liability

If work has not started, cancellation requests may be refunded. After research begins, refunds are considered where the agreed deliverable cannot be supplied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report.
